This Contract is made by a Client – Client’s full name, nickname (if any), email account, regular mailing address (optional) - on the one part (hereinafter – the Client), and a Company – Fan-Club Football.KZ Limited Liability Partnership, with its legal address: 13 2nd Goncharnaya St, Jetesoo district, Almaty city, 050014, Kazakstan, registered at Department of Justice of Almaty city on 05.12.2005, certificate of registration №. 74392-1910-TOO – represented by its Director, Mr. Bauyrzhan Mukhameduly Yelemes, acting under the Charter, on the other part (hereinafter – the Company).
1. Matter of the Contract.
Company provides the Client with the service “Membership in the Club of the Owners of Almaty United Football Club” (hereinafter – AUFC), which includes the following:
1.1 The Client at his own discretion pays for the right(s) to vote in the Council of the Club. Council of the Club is the society of all Owners of AUFC who have the right(s) to vote. The cost of the one right to vote is 200 (two hundred) tenge or the equivalent in other currency.
1.2 Annually after the end of football season in Kazakstan the Company submits a Statement of financial operations of AUFC to the Client’s e-mail indicated in this Contract.
1.3 The Company holds open ballots among the AUFC Owners in strategy issues of the AUFC activities. Deadline for the voting shall be indicated in the open ballot announcement to be sent to every Owner of the AUFC prior to beginning of such voting. It shall be deemed that 51% of votes belong to the Managers of AUFC (see the item 1.4). Rest 49% belong to the Owners of AUFC and distributed among them proportionally to the number of the rights to vote they possess. To make a decision, 75% of ballots are required. Results of open ballots shall be published on AUFC website: www.yourfootballclub.org.
1.4 Managers of the AUFC with their respective and constant percentage of ballots are as follows:
· Bauyrzhan Mukhameduly Yelemes – 25%
· Serik Tajbekovich Jumanov – 25%
1.4a Christopher Roberts, Independent Football Fan Advisor – 1%
1.5 Managers of AUFC and their respective percentage of ballots may change, but under no circumstances their total percentage may exceed 51% except the case when no Owner took vote.

1.7 This Contract is made in two hard copies in English (one for the Client, another for the Company) with equal legal powers.
1.8 The Contract is effective from the moment of signature by the parties, and may be terminated under the Client’s request.
